17 October 2013 i have submitted my form 109 within 1 month from the date of termination from the previous firm. Is it necessary to get registered in the new firm within one month from the date of termination from the previous firm.Many people are telling that if i don't get registered in new firm within 1 month from the date of termination then my final ca attempt will be delayed and some are saying that you should complete 2.5 years of article service before final ca...i am seriously confused..please help me out

17 October 2013 so these are just rumors right...that reregistration should be within one month from the date of termination or final attempt will be delayed??

17 October 2013 but my dear friend you must complete your 2.5 years article ship before your exam due,

so how can you complete your article ship with your registration with other CA???

how long you will not registered with other CA your article ship leave will consider and your 2.5 years training can not be completed.

and your question regarding 1 month is consider for penalty issue for not registration within specified period

17 October 2013 sir my date of termination is 14/09/2013 and date of commencement in new firm is 14/10/2013...but i got the franking done on 12/10/2013...and i had been availed a leave of 20 days in previous firm...

17 October 2013 so don't worried about that and start your best reading and gave exam within due period..
