16 August 2011 My artcleship has just completed & I want to know what is to be done now i.e which forms have to be filled up, where it is available, whether boss's sign required etc.
Please explain me in detail the procedure

fillup detail like name , Regdi no., weekly detail of area of work (total week have to be written) completion period , and chartered signature. Simple form have to be fillup and submit within 1 month to th e nereast icai branch.

18 August 2011 I agree with the expert. In addition if it is not available on site then go to the Branch or the Regional Office of ICAI get is signed from the concerned employer and submit within 1 month otherwise you are liable for penalty.
