hi, i have submitted my FORM 108 ARTICLE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE ON 18/10/2012 BUT STILL NOT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE FROM THE INSTITUTE, WHETHER THERE WILL BE ANY PROBLEM FOR MY MAY ATTEMPT EXAM, PLS RELY ITS VERY URGENT....

Don't worry it not effect your may attempt. Due to the heavy work at the Students department sending of intimations taking time. However for your clarification and confirmation you can check status of your 108 process through posting at e-sahaayataa available at www.icai.org. Please post your query at their and you will get respond from ICAI.
