Articelship transfer problem during 1st year

20 March 2014 I m doing articelship and completed about 11 months due to my health problem and climate problem i neeed transfer but in d organisation there is heirarchy of manager under which i work but i am registered under other principle . To take transfer I HAVE TO FIRST SUBMIT MY RESGINATION N I HAVE SUBMITTED THE SAME BUT MANAGER I WORK UNDER IS NOT APPROVE THE SAME, IN A CONSEQUENCES MY TRANSFER DATE IS COMING NEAR AND IF HE IS NOT AGREE THEN NO SIGINING WILL BE DONE BY THE PRINCIPLE . AND ON REQUESTING TO MANAGER HE SAYS TO ME THAT "ME NAHI KRTA APPROVE JA KYA KREGA".SO PLS HELP ME GUYS I M IN BIG TROUBLE AND TENSION I REALLY DONT WANT TO WORK UNDER THIS SUITATIONA ND NEED TRANSFER.PLS HELP.

20 March 2014 in such case unless it is signed by the employer who had earlier signed form103 needs to sign form 109 otherwise u will not be able to get a valid transfer.

20 March 2014 Is their any notice period concept in tranfer of articelship .

20 March 2014 no there is no such concept at present in articleship training rules..............

20 March 2014 my manager is saying i will not approve it untill u not serve the notice period according to firm HR policy

20 March 2014 then ask him what is the notice period and argue that it is applicable to employees and ur not employee bt a registered article assisstant so how it is applicable to me...
