i want to know what i will do
i want to take transfer from my existing firm but my principal is not ready to give me transfer.

you can write letter to institute and carry on the process as directed by them otherwise request your principal humbly so that he will give you transfer whcih will be better.

Since the transfer is possible by mutual consent, u have to ask for the co-operation from ur principal.
