03 March 2008 Hi I am Ratnamala doing an articalship from a medium size firm from 1 year their I lern a lot & did maximum Govt. audit, stat audit. but during the entire year dident get any time to study my attempt is in May 2009 which is very soon & my firm allow leave of only 3 months for exam so I decided to join another firm where I working hours are less & at teast 4 months of leave is allowed.
Can anybody suggest me a firm where I can get such concession!
Doing dummy articalship is good or not, but I dont have reference for such kind of job.

03 March 2008 I would like to advice you that first of you must become relax & don't have examination how. In C.A. examination you required continous study. Now you have hardly one hour left for study so you must concerntrate on important aspects i.e.important chapters which carry average markes & frequently asked in the examinations. Practical experience is important but at the same time you must give some time for theoritical aspects which will be helpful to you in passing the c.a. examinations. You must plan for the hours you have & accordingly you can allocate the chapters & subjects. Side by side you must have atleast 90 to 95% absorbed rate according to your target. You must set the time daily & start the reading before thinking anything. I am sure you if you work i.e. study sincerely, you will definately clear the c.a. exams. In CA exam its not the time but the concentration counts. I feel you should not discontinue the firm n never think about dummy article.

If your job schedule is hectic you just try to study for two to three hours everyday from now on. Thats more than enough.

Regarding leave - Three months leave is more than sufficient. There are so many example of students who have completed CA Final with just 15 days leave. So never think that 3 month is too less.

My request to u to continue in same firm which will help you in future a lot.
