11 August 2013 i am doing ipcc group 2.. is it possbile to filling articalship form after nov13 with late penalties? so i am not loosing my final attempt.. if i will filling the form on the last date i.e 30 oct. & giving penalties for 1 months extension then i join before within that period .. with the specified reason which is sign by c.a.. is if possbile?????
