14 August 2015 Hello, I have received arrears of salary for the PY 2011-12 in PY 2014-15. How to show it in my Income tax Returns?

16 August 2015 Fill Form 10E of Income Tax Rules 1962 with all details and in your return of income claim the amount determined in Form 10E under section 89.

Total Tax Deducted- 2,490/-

I am not getting any idea from TDS Certificate. Please Explain.

22 August 2015 Dear Amrit, I think after deducting 80C of 1 lakh (or 1.50 lakh), only the remaining amount, tax may have been deducted. TDS on taxable salary not gross salary. Therefore 2,490 might be correct.
