We have supplied (deemed exports) goods to 100% EOU, on the strength of CT3 forms given by the 100% EOU unit for the supply of goods without duty.
We have prepared ARE3 & sent along the trcuk. Now, how do we submit the originla & duplicate warehoused copies of ARE3s to the range office.
Ann19 is prepared for ARE1s submission to excise ange office.
Whether any annexure is to be prepared for submission of warehoused copies of ARE3 forms to excise range office.
Kindly clarify.

after clearance from factory, triplicate and quarduplicate copies have to be submitted to range, within 24 hours of clearance( for self sealing and inspection) / R/O have taken triplicate and quarduplicate copies at the sealing and inspection ( in case of departmental sealing and inspection)
post shipment, original and duplicate copies have to be submitted to Range with annexure 19, and bill of lading (transport document), and copy of document received from the receiving point ( shipping bill)
