Sir,
We are procuring some Excisable goods from manufacturer without paying the excise duty under Form CT1 for Export as a merchant exporter,Kindly clairify the ARE1 pink copy where to submitte in our(Exporter) Excise range office or manufacturer range office, as material directly despaching to port not in our premisses.

Mr. Gupta,
Triplicate copy of ARE-1 should be Pink coloured.
If export consignment is cleared under supervision of Excise Superintendent or Inspector, the excise officer will send directly to officer to whom bond was excuted or letter of undertaking was given. This copy can also be handed over to the exporter in a tamper proof sealed cover to be submitted to the authority.
