Are AS 31 & 32 applicable for nov. 2008 exams?

hi my Final exam is due in nov2008. i have got a refrence book of 2008 edition on AS which has AS only up to 30. I am not clear whether AS 31 & 32 are applicable or not? please guide me for the same.
