Dear friends,
X company goods sales to Y company SEZ unit through logistic ,while transport the logistics fellow misplaced the ARE 1 form ,after a couple of days he(logistics )taken gave to Y company , y company submit the customs authorities which is located sez unit ,their not accepted for delayed submitting of ARE 1 form. pl give any solution for this situation.
