A Hosiery Industry liable to excise duty on 30% of MRP. But as the export sales is exempt and there is no concept of MRP in export, then what will be the assessable value for ARE-1 purpose:-
1. 30% on MRP as Local Sale
2. 100% invoice vale
3. 30% invoice vale

I am not clear...as u havnt explained...and there is no concept of MRP in Export what about that.
