how much shares should be acquire for control the another company and for stop the special & ordinary Resolution?

Ordinary resolution requires 51% majority.
Speccial Resolution requires 75% majority.
So if u aquire 50% of shares u can stop ordinary resolution and if u aquire 26% u can stop special resolution
