I uploaded form 1A 0n 3/01/2013 right now status of form shows assigned what does it means, is it approved or it will take some more time. I am confused plz help me as soon as possible.

Assigned means the form is in process with the concerned officer at the office of ROC. It is not approved and may take some more time to get approved.
