Financial St. of the co. was approved in the BOD meeting held on 02.07.2016 whreas Directors report was approved in the bod meeting held on 07.07.2016... wheather it is possible.???

Yes, that is absolutely possible. There is no bar on date of approval of Directors Report in Board meeting.
