How you remove subsequent auditor (who is not at all appointed)If you want to remove the present auditor, pass a resolution to that effect in the board meeting and take a decision in the Annual General Meeting (assuming you want to discontinue the present auditor after the AGM)

In case of pvt ltd company director has not substantial interest and one of his ralative appointed as an auditor of that company whether appointment of auditor is valid or not?
