As per companies act 2013 standalone financial statement and consolidated financial statement of company can be approved in one board of director meeting

Subject to the provisions off section 129 of the Companies Act 2013, balance sheet including the consolidated balance sheet shall be approved by the Company in the Board meeting and shall be signed by two director of the Company or by one Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and the Company Secretary of the Company
