if authorised capital of a company above 5crore in that company a PCS appoint on retainership basis?

A PCS can be appointed on retainership basis even for 1 lac authorized share capital company.
A whole time Company Secretary (Whose Form 32 is filed) should be appointed for companies whose paid up cap is more than 5 crores.
