Can I appoint a proxy on behalf of me to attend the annual general meeting of a Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society or Primary Agricultural Credit Society (PACS) , if yes what are the Rights of such Proxy?

Yes,You can appoint a proxy as per relevant co-operative acts.But,he/she cannot vote in Annul General Body meetings
