10 June 2013 A closely held pvt company has 50 shareholders. my query is that whether all the 50 shareholders can appoint a single person Mr. B as their proxy to represent themselves in the meeting.

Quorom for meeting is 2 members physically present at the meeting. So, Mr. B alone can't be proxy of all the shareholders.
