SON OF OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR IS A NRI OURS IS A PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY. CAN WE APPOINT SON OF M.D AS A CONSULTANT IN OUR COMPANY. WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE
IF company is going to appoint such person then there is no problem and as appointment is a regular course of activity and co. can do this by the formal way that is applicble for other employees. no additional formalities.
