25 November 2009 How can a director of pvt co. be appointed. What resolution need to be passed. Whether a director of a pvt co should be reappointed in the AGM.

Also for what period the Managing director of a pvt. co. can be appointed.

Resolution:
“RESOLVED FURTHER that, pursuant to the Articles of Association, MR. ABC who have signified their consent, if appointed, to act as directors of the company, be and are hereby appointed as New Directors of the Company.”
