Also for what period the Managing director of a pvt. co. can be appointed.

Resolution:
â€œRESOLVED FURTHER that, pursuant to the Articles of Association, MR. ABC who have signified their consent, if appointed, to act as directors of the company, be and are hereby appointed as New Directors of the Company.â€
