Dear All,
If X company has statutory auditor already in place but now the company wants to appoint Internal auditor, then can company appoint the same without prior notice given to Statutory auditor and what is there any turnover/share capital ceiling to have the internal auditor appointed?

Appointment of Internal auditor is the prerogative of the company's management. There is no turnover 'ceiling'
