18 May 2016 pls suggest me weather company has to ADT 1 for the appointment of first auditor by board of directors with in 30 days from the date of incorporation of the company.

18 May 2016 According to section 139(6), there is no need to file Form ADT 1 for the appointment of first Auditor of the Company.
