18 May 2016 Whether Company need to file any form with ROC at MCA Site for appointment of first auditor if appointment of first auditor is made by Board of Directors of the company within 30 days of incorporation of the company?Kindly say as its urgent.

18 May 2016 Pursuant to provisions, it is actually not mandatory to file this form for appointment of First Auditor. However, it is advisable file it.

19 May 2016 Ok Sir.My one more query Sir

If my client company appoint me as first auditor today in board meeting is it ok if Company files e-Form ADT-1 within 15 days from the date of board meeting?As 30 days from incorporation of comapny expires tomorrow so I have a doubt that company has to file ADT-1 on tomorrow only or within 15 days from the date of board meeting in which I am appointed as first auditor?Please clarify as its urgent

19 May 2016 It is within 15 days from the date of board meeting. Your board meeting should be within 30 days and filing of ADT-1 within 15 days from date of board meeting.
