Dear Sir,
We cant appoint a person as director of the company without the DIN. May i know why you appoint before the din approval date. IF you explain more about this i can suggest more ideas regarding your issue.
After the commencement of Companies (Amendment) Act 2006, a person intending to appoint as director he must get the din before his appointment.
