Hello
U/s 152, It has been prescribed that consent has to be filed with registrar within 30 Days of Appointment.
and before appointing him/her as a Director , a Director has to file a Declaration in Form 8 for his qualification of being Director.
But My question is that we have filed forms in a Company through CS , who has neither filed GNL-2 and Nor Form 8, ONly DIR-2, DIR-12 along with other required attachments as of (Resolution, etc.) are filed by him
and All forms were duly approved , and the person desired to be appointed as a Director is duly appointed without any error.
So, is this procedure Correct??

Because form DIR-8 is required to be filed by Director to Company and not to ROC.

I haven't filed GNL-2 for appointment of Director.
Under which provision you think that it is required to be filed??
As far as I know, no provision for appointment of director requires a company to file GNL-2.

In appointment of Director, I have read that within 60 days of appointment of director, registrar has to be informed.

No...there is not such provisions..
In case if company is appointing Managing Director/Wholetime Director, then only you will have to file Form MR-1 within 60 days from the date of appointment.
GNL-2 is not required to be filed in case of appointment of Director.
