what id the last for appointment n payment of fees to MCA. please help

Every company required to get cost audit conducted under Section 148(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 shall appoint a cost auditor within 180 days of the commencement of every financial year. Remuneration of such cost auditor shall be ratified by shareholders subsequently.
09 May 2017
27th September will be the last date for appointment of cost auditor.
