12 March 2012 Articles of a Pvt Ltd Company is silent about appointment of Chairman.Want to appoint a Chairman.

Is it mandatory to file any eform after appointment of Chairman??

12 March 2012 The members personally present at the meeting may elect one of themselves to be the chairman of the meeting only if the Company's articles are silent as to the chairman or the provision in Table A does not apply. -Section 175 of the Companies Act, 1956

No e-Form is required to be filed after appointment of chairman.
