Appointment of auditor to fill the casual vacancy due to expiry of the auditor

auditor appointed for the fy 2013-14 is expired in august and the board has appointed a new auditor he has audited the accounts also signed the same. But notice of the appointment is not given to MCA. Now co. wants to file financial statement, but since adt-1 cannot be filed for 2013-14, is there any other way to notify the MCA and which SRN should we provide in form 23AC?

You can file form 23B and mention SRN of Form 23B in Form 23AC.
