23 September 2015 Hi,
Please assist the procedure for form filing with ROC, in case the auditor has resigned from the company and new auditor needs to be appointed.

23 September 2015 You need to hold one board meeting for following resolutions.
1. Taking note of resignation of old auditor
2. recommending new auditor to Shareholders

You need to file Form ADT-3 within 30 days from the date of resignation.

Hold General Meeting for taking approval of Members for appointing new auditor for remaining period of old auditor.

You need to file Form ADT-1 within 15 days from the date of appointment of new auditor.

Please also clarify that whether MGT-14 needs to file or not and if Yes, then whether board resolution will be attached or general meeting resolution.
