if company incorporated 1 nov 2016 and auditor appointment in bm when i filing adt-1 i have query that no of f.y what should be bz auditor appointed next agm up sep 2017 can i fill 2 f.y 2016-17 and 17-18???????????????

It should be 1 because the appointment shall be only upto the date of First AGM.
