Appointment of auditor

Last year I had filed E-Form ADT-1 (Appointment of Auditors ) for the period of 5 years so for this year is at again necessary to file any E-Forms to the ROC regarding auditors appointment.

No..it is not necessary to file it, because this year, you will just ratify their appointment (not the actual appointment). I hope this clarifies. Thanks
