Form ADT-1 is filed under section 139(1) of Companies Act 2013 for the appointment of subsequent Auditor of the company.
Is there any requirement of filing ADT-1 under section 139(6) 0f Companies Act 2013 for appointment of FIRST AUDITOR of the company?

YES YOU SHOULD FILE ADT-1 FOR APPOINTMENT OF FIRST AUDITOR

But as per Form ADT-1 Available on MCA site it specifies that it should be filed under section 139 (1) only..

ADT 1 is not required to file in case of appointment of first auditor.

You should file ADT- 1 for appointment of first auditor as SRN of that Form ADT-1 wiil be required to be mentioned while filing financial statements with Registrar in Form AOC-4.

Mitesh Sir ADT 1 is not required in case of appointment of first auditor as per CA 2013.
In financial statement we can enter Z9999999 as SRN.
