04 May 2015 Form ADT-1 is filed under section 139(1) of Companies Act 2013 for the appointment of subsequent Auditor of the company.



Is there any requirement of filing ADT-1 under section 139(6) 0f Companies Act 2013 for appointment of FIRST AUDITOR of the company?

08 May 2015 You should file ADT- 1 for appointment of first auditor as SRN of that Form ADT-1 wiil be required to be mentioned while filing financial statements with Registrar in Form AOC-4.

08 May 2015 Mitesh Sir ADT 1 is not required in case of appointment of first auditor as per CA 2013.
In financial statement we can enter Z9999999 as SRN.
