My company want to appoint an additional director. can some body tell answer me the following points related to this quary:-
Whether i have to file any e-form before board of director meeting.
and
When i have to take additional director consent whether it is before director meeting or after director meeting and what is the stipulated time for receive this consent.
and
What kind of e-form i have to file after board of director meeting and what is the stipulated time for the same also.

You do not have to file any form before Board Meeting (BM)
Consent letter should be dated on or before date of BM in which he is appointed
Form 32 has to be filed within 30 days from the date of appointment
