Can u plz tell me wat would b her status (Promoter/Prof/Independent) if she is appointed as a Director in d Company in which his Husband is a Promoter n a Direcor?

She is not an independent director.
Executive director is one who is paid salary for the appointment to take care of a particular day to day function in the company.
Non-executive director is one who is not appointed as above.
