I want to apply for a PAN card for my daughter who is in her final year of engg. course. How do i fill in details of assessing officer. I reside in selaiyur, east tambaram, chennai

At the above link click on the "PAN AO CODES - NON INTERNATIONAL TAXATION(OTHER THAN MUMBAI REGION)" then it will download a excel file then based on the information provided at their and by using the related options to your details find out the Assessing officer details for your case.
Please read the excel sheet carefully it gives idea to you how to get the AO code.
If you can't do like above then please provide the full details of your daughter that is full name, address of the residency with in PIN CODE.
