Apply for may2017 ipcc exam

I registered IPCC on 30th Jan 2013 and now I have to apply revalidation form to ICAI .But is it possible to appear may 2017 exam apart from that foult? Pls

As on the date of Examination you must be holding a valid registration, which in your case has expired on 29th January 2017. Please get it revalidated even before filling your exam application.
On your question as to whether it will have an impact , the answer is Yes. You may be tensed to find out whether you will be able to download your Admit Card before Exams, by chance you are allowed, you may not be getting your results as the same could be withheld.

Apply for re-validation immediately and have the copy preserved with you and do not bother how long Institute will take time to intimate you. On records from your end you have taken the necessary action and must not worry about it and simply start focusing on your studies.
