06 October 2010 ca final exams me new GST and DTC kab se applicable hoga?

nov2011 or may 2012 me attempt dene wale students ko kya padna chahiye

06 October 2010 aisa decide hua hain ki DTC 1-apl-2012 se applicable hoga to uska Previous year 2011-12 hua..means nov'11 and may'12 mein attempt walo ko DTC nahin padna padga..

Aur GST ka abhi finalisation nahin hua hain to uska bhi decided nahin ki woh in dono attempts mein aayga yaa nahin..

Aur vaise bhi abhi dono he final nahin hue hain...achcha yeh hain ki aap abhi wala tax pado...kaafi kuch change nahin hua hain...

but we all new that new dtc & gst is applicable in near future.
so what is advantage to study old tax act

Till now all corporate and other persons are using these current tax laws therefore we have to read.

and who knows may be in future DTC & GST demolished and again we have to read old tax laws, as it happened in case of FBT.

seriously, DTC and GST is not completed yet and lots of part of both new laws will be based on old tax laws therefore there is no harm to read old taw laws.
