06 December 2013 IEC Refer to IMPORT EXPORT CODE .

para 2.8 of current foreign trade policy "the person who wish to import export the goods for personal use / agriculture purpose does not required the IEC CODE.

IEC code MUST be submitted in Regional Licensing AUTHOTRITY.
