30 August 2016 Yes, you can get it signed by any partner at your firm. Just use the membership number and seal of the partner who is signing your exam form.

Relevant extract from exam form guidelines

"declaration duly countersigned by a member of the Institute/Principal/Gazetted Officer"
So, a member can sign.
