14 April 2011 Sir I received a notice of demand from Income Tax (TDS) after looking that notice i found that there is mistake in fill details of deudctee code we feel dedctee code 01 which is for company and department made a demand for that.now department need copy of 16A form issued by us with rectification latteri want to knwo format of that latter what thing to be written. please send that.
