I want to apply for getting certified copies of my answer book
Is it compulsory to apply with handwritten application?
OR
we can apply by filling blanks in declaration format?

08 August 2018 Yes, you have to submit a handwritten declaration in the prescribed format which is to be duly signed by you and sent along with the application or in case you are applying on-line you will be required to upload scanned copy of the duly signed declaration.
