Applicacility of cost audit

14 May 2014 We have leading Ready Mix Conctete(RMC)plants all over India and having Turnover of morethan 100Cr.p.a. Now my query is whether our company applicable to Cost Audit for F.Y.2013-14.As RMC comes under CESHN 38245010.The said RMC comes under "Miscellaneous Chemical Products".Till last year(2012-13),we have filed Cost compliance Reports.Kindly resolve my query.

As per the notification dated 24/01/2012 your company falls under the perview of Cost Audit.

As Chapter Head is 38 covered in it and turnover also has been exceeded Rs. 100 Cr.
