Can u let me know that whether Revised Companies Act,2012 is Applicable to May 2014? Whether partially is it applicable?

23 September 2013 As per ICAI notification Dated 6th September,2013,
Its difficult to predict on the applicability of the New act for the May,2014 term...

However, ICAI will revert on it prior to six months of the exams..

Have to Wait for the ICAI update..
