accounts-AS-15 revised,Audit- professional Ethics revised, Corporae law-get a new edition i.e may be june edition of the books u r referrin to, Direct Taxes-taxation Amendment Act,2006; Indirect taxes- do check the newsletter from jan 07... hope now this will help u out.. All the best..
