My attempt is May 2017. I want to know when the new scheme will be applicable? Will there be any change in syllabus?

As of today the course commencement date is not announced by ICAI. Even if the date of new scheme is launched the existing candidates will be provided few number of attempts, say 4 to 6 attempts to clear under the old or existing scheme.
