1. If i give ca final exam group 1 in may-2017 and give group 2 in nov- 2017 then weekly test is applicable to me before exam.

The Institute is in the process of finalizing the scheme to write eligibility test, once the fine print is out we would get more clarity. Otherwise, it will be be only speculation.

As per Student Journal jan-2017 "The Board of Studies has decided to introduce week-end Test Paper Scheme for students eligible to appear in the examination for the first time from November 2017 onwards"

It is a proposal under finalization of the Council, a detailed framework of the scheme will be announced shortly by the Institute, we need to wait for further updates.
In all probability it could the "Sunday Test" scheme which was in vogue prior to introduction of PE - II i.e., older Intermediate scheme where candidates would be eligible to write their main exam, only if they cleared their Eligibility Test papers. Therefore, it is advisable to wait and watch what will be the nuances of the scheme when it gets rolled out.
