can you please tell me the applicability of TDS on JCB machine ranted for erection of plant and site development. What tds rate will be applicable? Rent or Labour Contract.

TDS @ 2.06% u/s 194C, on labour and 10.03% on machine hire. both will applacable.
same way, for ready mix, for concreate no tds, for service & labour charges tds @ 2.06% will apply.

in my opinion renting of machine is covered under sec194 I.

I agree with jitender's opinion. IT section to refer for the deudction of rent for plant & machinery is section 194-I, whereas Mr.Azmatullah stated the rate correctly and section wrongly.
